We believe good food starts with great ingredients. That’s why we bake with 100% organic flour and thoughtfully chosen ingredients we feel good about serving.
From organic bread flour and active sourdough starter to organic unbleached einkorn flour, grass-fed butter, Ceylon cinnamon, ancient sea salt and real vanilla, we’re intentional about what goes into everything we make.
Whenever possible, we source seasonal ingredients locally from farms and producers right here in Massachusetts.

Mallory Ann’s is a from-scratch kitchen built around good food made with care. From naturally-fermented sourdough and fresh baked goods to seasonal offerings and an ever-growing menu, everything we make is rooted in simplicity, quality, and the belief that food is better when it’s made from scratch.
